A nice choice in Bern where its pretty expensive. Comfortable beds, quiet, ok size and good breakfast. Parking ( have to pay) and free tram just outside the hotel.Just a short tramride from the center. The city is very pretty, see the view from Rosengarten before entering the city .

She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I explained my situation, she immediately took action to ensure that I had everything I needed. She provided invaluable support throughout my stay. She helped me with the check-in process, ensuring it was as smooth as possible given the circumstances. She also offered practical assistance, such as finding a room that suited my needs and so on. She frequently checked in on us, offering comforting words and making sure we were okay. Her genuine care and concern helped to alleviate our worries and made us feel at ease. Her exceptional service, personal attention, and kind words turned a potentially difficult situation into a pleasant and memorable experience. I highly recommend Novotel Bern Expo Hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

Everything was just great. My kids especially enjoyed the play facilities by the reception. Absolutely the best weekend I had in a long time. I have already recommended it to friends.

We arrived during a UEFA Euro 2024 match. The environment at the lobby bar was fabulous. Festive and family friendly. The staff was great throughout our stay. They helped in every way. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel location was just right.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly & helpful staff, good food, parking lot (extra charge 22 CHF per day). The receptionist helped me bring the extra blanket because I want to use the sofabed (no additional charge). She also offered me a free ticket for the bus or tram. There was also a water dispenser near the elevator for drinking. Very good experience in this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this property with our family of four. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all of us. The location couldn't have been better - being right next to a bus stop made getting around so convenient. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy transportation access.

It was perfect choice of choosing Novotel Bern with family and two kids. Good comfortable stay and super location. View of tram station from your room. perfect hotel to move any were in Bern and other places. Don't forget ask for the free pass to travel in Bern. Highly recommend to choose this hotel if your going for vacation with family. Supermarket are near buy, so you can save the money 💰.

Very good location, close to the trains and bus station. Parking was available on site, staff was very helpful. Beds and room was comfortable and had all the amenities. They also offered us guests pass which is free travel on teams and buses which we used to explore the city
